Experience required

Minimum 5 years of experience in a CRM position in an international sales organization, preferably in the medical devices, Life Sciences or Pharma industry.

Education

A Bachelor degree preferably in business or economics or equivalent through experience and/or training.

In collaboration with the Head of Sales non-US/Global Sales, the Technical Lead develops strategy & roadmap strategy for the CRM application (Salesforce) in the company.

Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & Customer Support teams in supporting their tasks and business requirements within CRM, collaborate with Business Controller in supporting the business and financial performance of Biocartis.

Support CRM users by providing trainings, first line ticketing support, and enhancements.

Maintain CRM system: keep crucial data updated (i.e. products, prices, users, licensees, master data documentation)

Function as a partner for the Head of Sales non-US/Global Sales, being responsible for data mining and reporting. Along with meeting the business requirements.

Accountabilities

The Salesforce Technical Lead is responsible for the design, development and deployment of various company-wide solutions based on CRM solution.

He/she functions as an internal sparring partner towards the relevant operational units and is the go to person for questions and advice on CRM key performance indicators (KPI’s).

He/she stands in for the 1st line support, key user support, escalation to CRM partner.

The Technical Lead plays a leading role in KPI definitions and implementations together with Business Controller for the commercial team.

  • In collaboration with the Market Manager and Business Controller, he/she supports in KPI monitoring (including market/benchmark analysis) for sales & marketing.
  • Analyze results and impacts of CRM actions; create and implement new CRM reports
  • Maintain, review and improve the internal standards and systems;
  • Provide support to sales and marketing functions;
  • Set up and maintain CRM systems including customer profiling, sales pipeline and territory scanning;
  • Work with key stakeholders to define project requirements;
  • Responsible for training of end users ( including updating manuals and creating online tutorials), testing software modifications, providing support and consultation
  • Provide insights to improve online user experience by implementing feedback from CRM users;
  • Support Business Controller to improve sales & marketing data collection, interpretation and analysis thereof;
  • Driving changes and updates required to support the business.

Profile requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferably in business, economics or accountancy or equivalent through experience and/or training.
  • 5 years of experience in a CRM position in an international sales organization would be preferred.
  • Experience in the medical devices, Life Sciences or Pharma industry is preferred.
  • Practical experience in sales & marketing driven environment (preferred);
  • Experience working with reporting tools & data structure
  • Understanding of medical diagnostics industry is an asset.

  • Basic knowledge on ERP systems (experience with AX Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
  • Legislation : GDPR
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speech)
  • Other languages preferred (Dutch, French)
