Susy Spruyt is Biocartis’ Head of People and Organization since 1 September 2015. Mrs. Spruyt holds the overall HR responsibility at Biocartis. She oversees all aspects of the company’s human resources, including talent acquisition, learning and talent development, performance management, compensation and benefits and HR operations. Mrs. Spruyt is an accomplished HR leader with over 20 years of experience in human resources management. She has a strong track record of driving organizational success through strategic HR initiatives, talent acquisition, and employee development. With a strong commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture, Mrs. Spruyt excels at aligning HR practices with the company's strategic goals and core values to create a thriving and productive workforce. Prior to joining Biocartis, Mrs. Spruyt served as Human Resources Business Partner and Sr. Manager Social Law at Janssen Pharmaceutica (division of Johnson and Johnson (NYSE: JNJ)) a global leading pharmaceutical company, and prior to that as Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Shire (Shire-Movetis), a specialty biopharmaceutical company. Susy Spruyt holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Brussels (Belgium) and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Antwerp (Belgium).
