Head of Operations and On-Market Product Support
Sarah Baudenelle is Biocartis’ Head of Operations and On-Market Product Support since 1 September 2023. Mrs. Baudenelle joined Biocartis in September 2016 as process development engineer within the new product introduction team and since has held operational roles of increasing responsibility. Mrs. Baudenelle is responsible for managing Biocartis’ manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and On-Market Product Support organizations. Her responsibilities include driving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring overall business performance, growth, product reliability, and customer satisfaction. Mrs. Baudenelle is an accomplished operations leader with a distinguished career spanning more than 15 years. She is a strong team leader with expertise that excels in optimizing processes, streamlining efficiencies, and ensuring seamless operations. Prior to joining Biocartis, Mrs. Baudenelle served in various operating, quality and engineering roles of increasing responsibility at Janssen Pharmaceuticals (part of Johnson and Johnson (NYSE: JNJ)) a global leading pharmaceutical company. Sarah Baudenelle holds a Master’s degree in Bioengineering from the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) and a Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering from the University of Antwerp.
